This Friday (June 3) is the Neighbor Day Festival hosted by the West Central Community Center. It will run from 3 to 7pm in A.M. Cannon Park (1920 W Maxwell Ave), which is located right next to the center. This is a brief recap of the Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council (EGNC) meeting that took place on March 9, 2016.
