Neighborhood Safety Committee Meeting

Neighborhood Safety Committee Meeting

We, the Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood, don’t currently have a Safety Committee representative – so we are sharing this information broadly. Anyone who is interested is welcome to attend. If you would like to learn more about this open representative position, please reach out via email: info@emersongarfield.org

The last Neighborhood Safety Committee Meeting of the year will be on Wednesday, 12/27/23, from 6-7pm, at The Hive (Events room A).

Are you tired of graffiti plaguing your neighborhood as much as we are? Well, I could use the many great minds we have in our community to come together and brainstorm some solutions to our growing problem. For our presenter for the evening, we have Pollyanne Birge from the Office of Neighborhood Services coming to talk to us about some solutions that have been proposed and have shown some success in other cities and even some of our own neighborhoods here in Spokane. So, if you’re tired of seeing “SLIME” and “SKUZ” and other eye sores around the city, please come and participate in this gathering so that we, as a community, can come up with solutions to push up to the higher levels of city government. Hope to see you all there and have a safe holiday weekend!

Respectfully,
Tyler N. Tamoush
Minnehaha CA Representative
CA Neighborhood Safety Committee Chairperson
