The Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council is pleased to present our Annual Concert in the Park, featuring music by Blue Canoe and Starlight Motel.

Join Spokane Police Department at the 2019 Community Appreciation Day!

This open house event is a chance to get to know the officers in your community. There will be demonstrations from the K9 team, the Motor Unit, and the Explosive Disposal Unit “bomb squad” robot!
