The Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council is pleased to present our Annual Concert in the Park, featuring music by Blue Canoe and Starlight Motel.

The Spokane Public Library is celebrating the one year anniversary of their 24/7 Library at the West Central Community Center. Meet at the kiosk at 3:30pm and then enjoy a children’s program.
