The Spokane Police Department invites citizens to a Police & Community Forum on Thursday, February 23 from 6-9 pm at the Salvation Army, 222 E. Indiana Avenue. The forum will consist of a panel discussion of community members and law enforcement, a question and answer time with the audience, and small group discussion.
