The 2021 Disposal Pass Program is winding down for the year. You have until this upcoming Sunday, October 31 to request a disposal pass online (Valid Nov 1-30).

For folks who do not have computer access or miss the Oct 31^st deadline, there will be a limited number of paper disposal passes at the C.O.P.S. locations in addition to the MySpokane Desk on the 1^st floor of City Hall.

Picking up Paper Passes: Residents will need to confirm the hours of each C.O.P.S. location before they make the trip to pick up a paper pass. The MySpokane desk on the first floor of City Hall is open Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm.
