The 2020 Neighborhood Clean-Up program is comprised of a Dump Passes program. These Dump Passes are designed to help residents in the City of Spokane remove extra waste by distributing $20 vouchers to the Waste to Energy Facility.  The dump pass request form is for City of Spokane residents who are interested in receiving a Dump Pass voucher to the Waste to Energy Facility (2900 S Geiger Blvd) for waste disposal. The 2020 Neighborhood Clean-Up program will be comprised of a Dump Passes program.
