The Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council and Spokane C.O.P.S. are jointly hosting a neighborhood crime prevention meeting and workshop on Thursday, July 26 at Knox Presbyterian Church (806 W Knox). It runs from 6 to 8pm.
