The 23rd annual Trinity Catholic School [map] Cow Plop takes place tomorrow (that is, Saturday, June 1) from 11am to 4pm. For the uninitiated, a cow plop lets cows do what cows do best while humans gamble on the deposits. The top prize is $3,100, and there are 50 more cash prizes to be won. In addition to the live bovine bingo, there’s a street carnival with face painting, a mechanical bull, pony rides, arts and crafts, and pizza from Pizza Rita….
