The March 11, 2015 meeting of the Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council (EGNC) featured Kelly Norwood of Avista, assisted by Casey Fielder, as its guest speaker. This is a recap of the February 24, 2015 meeting of the Community Assembly‘s Pedestrian, Traffic and Transportation (PeTT) Committee from Steve Anderson, our neighborhood’s new PeTT representative. The February 11, 2015 meeting of the Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council began with a review of this year’s traffic-calming applications. Three residential applications and two arterial applications were submitted for the EGNC’s approval. The locations are shown below. District 3 City Councilwomen Candace Mumm and Karen Stratton are hosting a mobile office on Tuesday, February 17 from 1:30-2:30pm at the Shadle Park Library (2111 W Wellesley). Following a relaxing January hiatus, the Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council meets tomorrow (February 11) for the first time in 2015. The meeting starts at 6pm in the Corbin Senior Center (827 W Cleveland).
