SNAP has limited funding to assist with the removal of trees, stumps, and woody debris over 4 inches in diameter for low-income home owners within the City of Spokane. The City of Spokane has provided funding to allow SNAP to provide these services. Eligibility is determined by SNAP guidelines and funding availability.
